I typed both the mandatory and NPC dialogue and there's nothing in Zidane's speech indicative of a regional accent. "Nowt," though I doubt it exists in-game, is more likely to be a typo and doesn't reflect anything by itself.

Nowt just means nothing.

I've never seen 'nowt' in the game dialouges too. O_o
