I don't think it's a good idea to release something like this. Here in U.S., I don't think we've gotten over Columbine yet and there's still alot of school violence happening all over the world. I know, there is school violence occuring in my shcool (even if it isn't as big as Columbine). I think Rockstar should stick with their GTA franchise.
