I think I do a good job of not repeating myself too much (maybe because I never say anything to begin with)

I have a habit of often saying "the other day". An sometimes the occasion I'm refering to could have been a few weeks ago. I do always correct myself afterwards though.

I say totally a lot too. This has just been recently pointed out to me. So it is totally, awesome, and wow.

'Oh man' and 'Ta'

I need to stop saying 'Ta'. I sound so common. "Tarr"

I overuse sorta (sort of) and kinda (kind of). It annoys my family.

I use "like" very often in any non-formal situations, whether it be talking or typing in my LJ. Then I use it more excessively when I am excited. Also I swear a lot. My favorite is related to faecal matter.

I say "sorry" a lot. I'm really apologetic.

you shouldnt say sorry too much its meaningless then.
