Nope, I have nevar been banned.

I was banned from GameFAQs and a Soul Calibur site. Hell, I'm EoEO banned right now.

I was usernote banned for a short while back in October. :D I needed it.

I am not sure if there is PM ban though. So out of the ones I know of...I am only missing the Custom Title ban...damn I have been banned a lot.

I've gotten a couple of EoEO bans and this 6 month usernote/unsubscribe/calander ban is somewhat annoying.

I'm too boring to be banned from anything anywhere. :) The only thing close for me was a warning about my signature being too large file size-wise, and I only had the sig up for 5 minutes tops before I found out and quickly changed it.
