Find where the bra hooks together, using one finger hold down the left side of the bra, and pull the right side to the left with your other fingers and a tiny little bit upwards. Yeah. :jess:

Front Closure Bra's

With a snap-in hook:
1) Put your index finger on the backside of the closure (the side that would press against the girls sternum).
2) Put your thumb to the right side of the closure.
3) Pull your index finger up while pushing your thumb down. The hook should unsnap, and then you can push it out.

With a U shaped hook:

This one is probably the hardest to do one handed, and should be attempted only by true professionals.

1) Put on protective eyewear.
2) Locate the side of the closure where the U hook slides in. Do this by feeling around.
3) With one fast motion, grasp the U hook, twist to the right and pull down. Please note if you twist too far or not far enough you're likely to make a huge mess of things, and you won't have any breasts to look at.
