I only vote and nominate myself. No love for the other side!
I've always believed that voting for yourself is not an objective thing to do, and when I'm faced with the prospect of voting for something I'm a part of, I always abstain.
Though with regard to the Ciddies, there are often so many much more worthy choices that I can find someone who is more than worthwhile to vote for.

If I remember correctly, last time I voted for myself for best sig (it was Rye's work, mind you) and also MLT be a rockstar's fangirl, with Meat Puppet as the rockstar, 'cause I figured if he ever does become a rockstar then of those nominated I would definitely be his biggest fangirl. If I'd voted myself for Best Member, then I could've won it as I missed out by one vote, although the tiebreaker would probably choose BoB 'cause BoB is the one who chooses the tiebreakers. If you scratch my back... ;)
If you feel you deserve it then there's nothing wrong with it.
I've never voted for myself or nominated myself; it's my policy not to. Not that I think it's lame or sad or anything. I'd just feel weird if I did it so I doon't!
