Ah, you go Sora!, playing devil's advocate. I'd have to agree. There should be rules of respect. Though it's a bigger problem in Sig Service. Avatars usually involve merely cropping something. But signatures take some time and skill. And people change their minds so fast. Kinda rude and disrespectful in my opinion. Yes, Staff has taken notice. However, it's up to the person making the sig/av whether they want to do it or not. If they think the person asking is abusing things, then they don't have to do it for them. Simple as that. No one if forcing them to do so.
However, please do not flame the person in the thread. That is not cool.

From my experience, when you try to put an animated gif in that fits the file size limit but not the deminsion limit, it'll resize the first image. But that's it. You don't get an animation out of the deal. But then there's people like me who can resize an animation :P Here ya go BMUQuote:
