Um, well... the first thing I'd say is that the text looks a bit randomly placed, and like it doesn't fit. For some reason, the images looks of bad quality. The sig looks alright as a whole, though, so I'll give you a 6/10.
The avatar, again, looks like it's of quite bad quality. I think that's probably the fault of the image used, though, not how you made it. 6/10 again.
The avatar and the sig makes a good combination together. It is nice in overall and the guy in the sig make a good calibre for my new wicked ritual.
But the line in that avatar make it look like that dude had a moustache.

This is a wicked set. The text is very wild west, readable and is a good size. The image of the cowgirl is a little blurry, that may be my monitor, not sure. But its a good position. Nice cut of the actual background, nice clours too.
Avvie includes a cut of the cowgirl and some funky green. Nice border though.

Raebus, I can see the advantages in your signature indeed. Heh, don't know if Leeza will like it though. I can picture her reaction. The bad language aside, I think it looks nice but you could have been a bit creative with the comic-like frames than just putting them over a red/white background. The signature is nice. It's got a nice render of some person, and then a nice pink background which goes with her top. 8.5/10
But the avatar...not sure about that. Basically you've gotten the sig render and just sized it down for an avatar. Its too small, and you cant see her features or anything. The border for the avatar is nice though. 5/10

Sig: I like it, because its very original. Its got a cool Bomberman character in it, with a lot of cool sprites. The only problem I have with it is the top sprites. They could of been resized a little better. 8/10

Avatar: Rather grainy image of a FF3 character. Nice image, but horrible compression. Also, it just seems a crop, with no work done whatsoever. Cleaning up the character and making a more balanced background would make it much much better. 1/10
Signature: It's text. Red text. It links to a thread where you share your music. Not really impressive as a signature and the red is not to my taste, but it also makes no huge mistakes because it takes not leaps of faith into success or failure. 5/10
Signature is very original, with a unique theme of an ID card. Plus it's very UK. 8/10

Avy - 10/10 First, I really adore the cut ( Reno is so adorable ). The little flashy heart is enough to catch your attention but not epic enough to distract you from what you're doing which is nice.
Sig - 8/10 I love the background and the picture on the left is awesome but I don't really like the image put on the right. I know he's in the shadow and it makes sense but it doesn't seem to flow that well to me. I'm not to personally keen on the font either but that's just me.
Its a cute set and well put together. n_n
As for whoever rates mine - This is the first time I've done the invisible background thing. Any tips or hints at how to improve would be greatly appreciated.

The more I see it the more I like and dislike your sig at the same time. I like that it's a sprite sig done in MS Paint, which I admire you for doing, but the porportions on some of the sprites seem wierd like make sure you're using the Stretch/Skew command and that the numbers are only multiples of 100% and that they are the same number. Anyway, enough ranting, 8/10.
Avatar: Either the sprite's wierd or the porportions are off again. I'm not going to say anything about the background or Paint's Gif protocol. 9/10
