I was going to start guessing Titan or Cyclops, but then it occured to me that it could be a Proposition. And so it was:

Touzas Village is a village inhabited by tiny people that were freed by a giant named Atlas (who was also a Titan that carried the world on his shoulders). The name Touzas means 'distant land'.

you are correct sir. i was actualy looking for Liliputians (what the dwarves were called) but since you got the village theres no point in being anal about it, your go BG-57

Had he been here, Despotus might have beat me to the answer. We produced a list of Proposition rewards together, so we know the details of the Propositions pretty well.

At any rate, FFT is the only game that I feel like an authority on. Although if I were a sleuth I would be prefer to be Mycroft Holmes, (Sherlock's older brother) who's more talented but less ambitious. :holmes:

The evil genie is a person of sorts.
All the answers appear in the game and share something in common.
