Striving for greatness is one thing, but serendipity has a habit of raising its beautiful head at the most random of times and even the most innocent of threads can rise to stardom. Another reason that we should take a leaf out of The Man's booklet and give our opinions wherever we stumble. Don't be afraid, and don't be modest. Go on and spread that opinion of yours, forcefully if you have to. You never know what it could spark.

So let us hope that we have many more Best Threads as the years roll by, and let us not forget the joy that previous threads have given us. I expect all of you to make a thread tomorrow with the greatest of intentions. Don't disappoint me or I will slowly cut the skin from your limbs and coat the rest of your body with it. Like EpicMealTime's bacon strips, only more... you.
