They should give you multiple options as to what you can put in. Like "uh...I'm taking a bath."

Also, I would like to see moar veteran fighters because I'm paranoid that they'll wind up leaving loads out.

I know that’s probably true. However, there’s some strong evidence that leads me to that conclusion (the release date suddenly changing to TBA when Sonic was updated and then having the release date get moved to Feb. 10, 2008 two days after that).

I do too. Having those two characters not being in Brawl would be just wrong. They’re the central characters to their series and having someone else represent them would be absolutely awkward. Even if they do have Ike it wouldn’t be fair because he is a new character and he wouldn’t represent the roots of the Fire Emblem series.

I guess that means we’re finally getting another character update next week then. It’s about time. I didn’t think they’d put such an odd number of characters (23) on Brawl’s starting Roster. 24 characters seem like a reasonable number to start with.

I get the feeling Sonic as an update was more of a way to appease people who were bound to be unhappy with the later release date. Whether you like him being included or not, he was the most requested IIRC, so showing that he's in would make a good number of people happier.

In a 99 stock match, I finish with over 50 lives, when they're dead lol.

With this and the new way they're doing handicap, I think this will help balance it out between uneven players

Kind of interesting to see how the Smash Ball works. You don't pick it up. That's good, because it won't necessarily give an advantage to faster characters.

Im going to go to Item Switch and have only Smash Balls & Bob-ombs and increase the damage ratio to 2.0 and 999% with 99 Stocks.
