As you say, it's called "Last Elixir" at Gaea's Cliff, but that's also its name in the Japanese script. If you live in the English-speaking world, it's megalixir; if you're Japanese, then it's a Last Elixir. It's also the best medicinal item, a "mega" elixir or recovery potion.

It's a very powerful item, and quite rare; you might only ever use one per game. Or one, at most, during some of the tougher battles. But either way, it's not something you use all the time.

Fine... Cloud is always talking about how angry he is at what Sephiroth did to his hometown. He's a gorgeous man. He also tried to kill Aeris at the end of disc 1.
