I'd say it's a fair bet they will shrink or otherwise be rearranged to compensate for a pretty large influx of unlockable characters.

Most Wi-Fi updates I don't really find impressive (mostly because I prefer to have multiplayer offline than online. I also play a lot of games multiplayer with people around me and on the same TV/Computer Monitor). Today's proved to be an exception. I like how they found a way to fix people quitting in the middle of a match and how they still allowed secret character to be used. I guess they really have thought of everything. (I hope that means that they've thought twice about removing SSBM characters)

I guess it was more of the mention of secret characters that made me like today's update. I'm glad they hinted that most secret characters are unlockable in Adventure Mode. I'm guessing one of the characters (probably Micaiah) are unlockable by using Peach or Zelda in Adventure Mode and she'll be one of the locked up damsels instead.

As for King Dedede's Final Smash, it proved me wrong. But at least it stays true to the Kirby Series.

as far as I'm aware, you don't choose your character in adventure mode, at any point in time. At most there are two characters to choose from, but it's not like you choose one character to do the story. I think they've just shown the beginning parts of it, and the later parts will have characters you need to unlock... probably Jigglypuff(always secret) or some one like ganondorf, maybe even captain falcon?

Everything I think is going pretty smooth about Brawl. Even though the date is moved back i can get other games i want for my Birthday etc. I just wonder why they haven't updated any characters in like 2-3weeks. I thought by now there would be another character. I even read an article saying that Sheik and Ganondorf are suppose to be made. That they're still working on them. Any way I like how things are turning out.

I can understand the long wait for Ganandorf, because if they put in Captain Falcon then they can't have both of them with the same moves, but the Sheik one doesn't seem like it would cause them too much trouble. Maybe the Final Smash or something.

They haven't actually mentioned how Adventure Mode works completely yet with the character selection and stuff. I'm just assuming that's how it works.

What's really confusing is how they showed Mario getting shot out of the Stadium in one video yet in that October Conferece video they clearly showed him fighting Petey Pirahna. I'm guessing that character roles will be interchangable based on that.

They specifically said that as you progress with the starting character, you recruit more characters and when you start a level, you get to choose any of the recruits or the starting character.

So it's probably likel Mario for one portion recruit Kirby or whatever, then they'll switch to DK and so on until all of them eventually meet up.

I'm also fairly sure that they said that when it begins you would be able to choose either Kirby or Mario at the beginning. Not positive, but fairly sure.

Bonsly returneth, as a very quirky Pokemon. Unlike the others, he doesn't appear and perform some standard move while the battle goes on around him. Instead, you can pick him up and throw him at your foes. I wonder if more Pokemon will feature interactivity like this.

Throwing Pokemon...

I guess now all Smash Bros participants are members of Team Rocket?
