Almost anything by Hans Zimmer for me. He's awesome.
Star Wars And Lord Of The Rings...oh and anything that Vangelis do
i forgot figth club
Garden State is an excellent movie, though I don't think its musical score is anything too great, even though it has some pretty good pop songs (especially Frou Frou's "Let Go"). My favorite movie soundtracks are probably "Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children", Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" and "Return of the King" (the score used in the movie; the soundtrack is missing loads of great music from the movie).
If i was to choose only one soundtrack, that would be:
Himalaya:Caravan by Bruno Coulais
It's so epic that makes LotR looks like the smurfs!
Desert Punk has a ....punky sound track. :P
Pan Labyrinth, and The Vision of Escaflowne: Girl in Gaia.
Do you enjoy listening to a movie's soundtrack? What's your favourite?
I absolutely love them. At the moment I'm listening to Babel's soundtrack that I had bought, it's pretty good. My favourite tracks are "Bibo no Aozora - Endless Flight" and "Para Que Regreses."
I also love the soundtrack to Pan's Labyrinth, Unbreakable and Last of the Mohicans.
I loved Last Of The Mohicans! I have quite a few tracks from that film.
I'm a huge fan of scores and classical music in general. So I like to collect music from films.
My favourites are;
Lord Of The Rings Trilogy
Pirates of the Caribbean
Kill Bill vol 1 & 2
Gladiator
Kingdom Of Heaven
That's all I can think of for now. :)
Bunny took the words right out of my mouth!
Various, depends on my mood, too, and what kind of music I'm looking for.
Cold Mountain has a beautiful soundtrack by Gabriel Yared, very underrated stuff.
I like a lot of the music from movies such as Cruel Intentions, too.
Donnie Darko's soundtracks is the only soundtrack I'd ever consider buying, something about the music in that film that really stuck with me. No other soundtrack competes with it.
Blade Runners comes close though. And Akiras, maybe.
Indeed, Bunny. :P
Also Pulp Fiction.
