What's your most commonly used creative insult?

I improvise dependent on the situation.

I call everybody asian, but that's not what you mean.

I like to call people meanyheads.

No. Just no.

I say that a lot, when required.

I good unexpected one is to call someone "utterly repelant"

I've been adding, your face is (inserts whatever they just said). and if it's an insult then i say, "Oh burrrnnnn" If it's compliment, "oh compliment!" and if it doesn't make sense, "That didn't make sense BUT IT SOUNDED GOOD!"
