I've done some searching and the post was maybe made in an unviewable forum. I managed to narrow it down by subtracting the total on the bottom of the page by the postcount on the newest post, there was a 629796 difference. From there I went to the "newest post" and started searching by subtracted 629796 from the post number. I got very, very close but it's somewhere between 9 and 9:30 (I think it was made about 9:10) on Jan. 31st, and it must be in an unviewable forum because the postcount skips past it in the "newest posts" stats. So it's up to site staff, mods, and admins, to look at what posts where made in their unviewable forums around 9:10.
EDIT: btw you can find the "real" total postcount by hitting the number atop the post, and the difference between postcounts is 629,796.
