Yeah but there are some great people on that server, too. Shouldn't be too long before Sargatanas is up, but if you want to make a character on Moogle as well before that happens then feel free to do so.

I rolled into Adamantoise without seeing this thread first..so if anyone is there let me know!

I have some other screenshots but will be using them for a future article so don't want to spoil them just yet!

I thought I took some screenshots but I can't find them now. :( I had a cool one with my Lala standing on top of a large rock, fighting a really big rock golem. :3

Question, aside from the usual PrintScreen -> Paint -> Paste, is there any other, more efficient way, to take screenshots?

I used Fraps to take mine.

FFXIV itself does actually save screenshots to a folder somewhere though.

Yeah, PrintScreen for me took screenshots in the old FFXIV, they went into the FFXIV folder within My Games.

Is it weird that hearing about that kind of stuff makes me more interested in the game than hearing about the latest armor set or monster design?

Not sure if it's just a culture difference as I was playing on a JP realm then. But yeah the line stayed there for about 2 hours until some people got impatient and just ran to the front and then others followed and then it broke for everyone xD

Nope. This one screenshot makes me more interested in the game than any of the trailers or whatnot. The people in FFXI were always the best part of the game.

The idea that people would have their characters stand politely in line is just about the best thing ever.
