omg this lady deserves to die.

She doesn't deserve death. I find it funny that people jump on a bandwagon that thinks two wrongs automatically makes things right.

She deserves life in prison, or at least prison for a very long time. But it's not up to me; the courts make the decisions on that.

Thankfully, that falls under the category of 'cruel and unusual punishment' and it is illegal in the states. I say, give her life imprisonment, with the possibility of parol if she REALLY shows that she has changed. However I doubt that will happen.

i gotta say i never want her on the streets again. A person who could do this... i just dont beileve theres any help for her. This is beyond just murder... i am lacking in words to describe my feelings.

I think they should give her the penalty if they are going to to Scott Peterson because it 's no worse I don't really agree with the penalty though. "You killed someone so now we'll kill you and make everything better."

I agree with Garland's point here, and with others who agree that the victim's family have a right to vengence to the extent permitted by law. Now, if I may go slightly off topic...
I hope that the family of the little girl has the ability and good sense to keep the horrible details of her mother's death, and her own 'birth', hidden from this poor child for a long, long time. I hope they tell her that her mother didn't survive a car crash or operation or something, anything but the gory truth. I am afraid however, that in this 'Age of Information' the girl will find out the truth while still quite young and be horribly traumatized. Your thoughts? :cry:

I thing that this woman did something very bad but i'm not the one who can punish her.
