High protein and a reasonable amount of carbs here, to replenish myself after the gym. I eat little junk, except on the weekends when myself and my girlfriend tend to sometimes splurge and eat chicken wings or pizza or fish 'n' chips or Rotten Ronnie's, etc .
I eat frequently as well, but in lesser portions. Instead of eating 3 big meals, I eat 5 or 6 smaller meals/snacks. It keeps the ol' metabolism on its toes, and constantly burning calories. (Plus its great to actually snack when I'm bored) So normally I have 2 small lunches and one snack during my day at work, plus supper (dinner), breakfast, and a shake after the gym.
