I just think sometime s with matters like these maybe we should give members a second chance. I for one am greatful that I was given one.Quote:

You're a person complaining about spam, and I think that you need to find better things to worry about than the rules of an internet message board. Again, it's not really harming anyone, and as long as a significant number of people find the thread unfunny, it's not really helping the forums much.Quote:

But people will always be subjective to how something works, whether it is online of not. You can't please everybody.
of course you can't, but you can probably always run things in a manner that pleases a greater number of people.
I think we are doing so.
I think there's always room for improvement.
But hey, maybe lots of people were privately complaining about spam. I just have a hard time seeing why it's so hard to ignore it, at least outside of GC and EoEO. I never saw that much of it outside those forums.
If eestlinc wasn't on staff, I don't know what would happen :monster:
I am happy with the way this place is run, I have not got on the wrong side of the mods too often, and when I did I knew why and (probably) stopped. This is one of the best forums out there, and the strictness does not bother me.
Let's adopt the winning Fool's Gold formula!
Ugh, I hate this so called "defence".Quote:
