i keep me some red pens that i store in a cupholder. i use them for two different purposes: passion writing or thoughts of rage. all anger always go down on paper before anything else and it is good anger control...
My most infamous one was chewing up my headphones in rage (when I was much much younger like nine but still come on). Awful. Couldn't listen to music for ages.
I have to keep it inside or else my wife will go off on me. Get's really hard at times.
