If we banned people for disagreeing with us, this forum would not be nearly as large, nor as popular. Hell, wouldn't that mean I'd be banning you now? You're expressing a negative opinion of how the staff operates after all.

The Trumpet Thief thing was a joke. I wasn't really enmeshed in the particulars, but he didn't actually post porn. You'll have to ask another staffer about that, one who was more involved.

Not to name any names.

I'm surprised this thread lasted so long. Usually mods and admins hate giving out their secrets ;)

I never figure out how most of these people manage to get banned.

*Be an asshole to the universe
*get warnings
*ignore warnings
*get final warning
*be good for a while
*Start cycle over

It has worked for years :D

And I'm rarely glad when people are banned. DP yes, I didn't like him at all so it benefitted me, but despite for example Cloud No.9's insanity, he was really fun to keep around. Kinda like a dog with no back legs, and you put some cookies up out of its reach, or something.
