He's worth the earth to me, absolutely killing in my work fantasy football team. (sorry EoFF I just don't have the rivalry here to care about it :shobon:)
unfair comparison, the whale was on the pitch, the ball was clearly trying desperately to escape its fate of being eradicated from this world by a superior human beingQuote:
Definitely a harder hit than Adam's.
Utd flying, five league wins on the trot. City lost four away games on the bounce. Utd fans on Twitter really excited for the game. And the final nail in the coffin, Robbie Savage going into detail about how Utd will win this weekend. So glad I'm gonna miss us getting mauled when I fly back this Sunday.
I don't mind us getting beat if City deserve it. I just won't be able to cope if Mark 'let's give Utd's opponents a load of penalties' Clattenberg smurfs us over again.
Derby certainly is starting off interestingly. Two goals, tied, although I'd say Manchester city is getting past the defense of Utd. way too easily for it to be an even game.
I do wonder if they'll tire themselves out doing that.
edit: One goal that was obviously offside, but then again, Utd. would've won either way.
God I love being wrong!
Either way, it was a great game. So much action.
Quality finish from Sterling. Can't wait to see him in Madrid white in a few months :p
Might want to watch the Spanish equivalent of the League Cup then!
Do English referees get regular eye exams?
Great goal by Chelsea. Also remind me why they lined up Falcao again?
Falcao just isn't working out at United. He's made too many mistakes and not enough good ppay to even things out.
United were by far the stronger team until about 5 minutes before the Chelsea goal came in.
Regardless of today's result, United are making huge strides towards where we want to be. I finally have hope as a United fan!
I agree Man. United is going where it supposed to be going, but for the love of god, I hope they put Rooney in the forward position again, and switch Falcao for Blind. A strong midfield to create chances is what they need.
I wouldn't mind cheering for Chelsea, but they've been boring as smurfie smurf this game. I've seen a counter or three, but if they've had more than 33% possession I will be surprised.
Withou a doubt Rooney is best up front. Unfortunately with the injuries we've picked up, we weren't able to put out our first choice team. Saying that, even without Blind,Carrick etc, those first 30 mins or so we were on fire. And we have had great possesion and some good chances throughout the game. Just isn't going to be our day today.
