My view is that excluding someone from a job based on a political belief is suspiciously similar to fascism. Also, Di Canio is entertaining so let's let 'er rip.

Yeah, it's all a storm in a teacup. DiCanio is entitled to believe whatever nonsense he wants.
He believes he can make Sunderland a decent club, now THAT is nonsense XP
I do so love it when pride comes before a fall.
My thoughts exactly. The media really blew up the story. I honestly couldn't care less what he believed in as long as he stayed within the law. The problem was though, the Media, I guess, had a right to question Di Canio about it. However, he gave a valid response ("I'm not racist, end of story") and yet they kept badgering him every press conference he attended.
Well done to Man City on winning today's FA Cup final.
Here's a Newcastle fan taking on a horse:

My favourite thing about that Geordie punching the horse was that the article I read about it had that picture of him squaring up to it first, then directly after followed it up with this picture:

It's just like you see him squaring up to it and then some magic happens and he ended up getting his ass handed to him by a horse and it is beautiful.
Wait. Wait. A Newcastle fan...punched a horse. If this is true then this is the greatest day in football history.
EDIT: Oh my God I just saw the video. It is more glorious than I could have imagined. What a complete and utter tool.
Well now someone's going to have to take him to the horse dentist.
WELL THAT WAS AN EVENTFUL WEEKEND.
BALLS. We lost bad TT_TT
Good thing I wasn't in town when it kicked off.
