Hey, hey, I'll take a shot if no one else will. =D
"I once knew a man with three faces;
We'd meet up in all sorts of places.
We once shared a dream,
'til he spoke of war like a stream -
and then finally ran out of aces.
Then there was a man with a stick,
(A teleport made the fight quick).
He condemned me to hell -
before slain near a bell.
His fights he knew not how to pick.
I also met with a warrior-lady, who,
Believed false information was true.
I admit she smelt nice,
though I about fought with her twice;
In the end it turns out she came through.
Add in a mage of incredible might,
With a misconstrued conception of 'right',
Playing behind the scenes,
For a terrible means,
Yet didn't last long in a fight.
Last but not least I had a foe,
And damnit, wouldn't you know,
This all-powerful being,
Lay dormant and scheming,
Inside of an innocent doe."
Each character respectively for the win. ;D
This should be easy for you guys. Maybe a little too easy. But it was fun to write. :3

You're a regular poet, Shinka :)
1) Delita. He's Ramza's friend, pretends to be different things to different people and speaks of defying the stream of fate.
2) Zalmo is the one who declares Ramza a heretic, but is easily defeated in the church battle if you teleport (or Ignore Height) up the church tower.
3) Meliadoul fights Ramza once, and switches sides mid-battle the next time she meets Ramza. She wears a perfume accessory.
4) EDIT: On second thought, it may be Kletian. He's a powerful wizard, loyally serving Vormav's dark designs, but is a complete pushover in the last battle against him.
5) Altima is the boss that was incarnate in sweet little Alma, Ramza's sister.
-
Point for BG. =D
Delita, Zalmo, Meliadoul, Kletian, and Altima. With Alma and Ramza in there. xD
Sorry if it was mind-numbingly easy, but like I said, it was fun to write. =P
-
Well then BG, your turn for a new riddle!
-
:D I loved that one, Shinka. I'm glad I deferred my turn! Where are ya, Mycroft?:p
-
It was actually tougher than it looked. I initially went with Elidibs as the wizard. :greenie:
Say, do you write poetry on commission, Shinka?
Anyways, here goes:
Here I wait by the gate
For my master to appear
With the twins in tow
Nothing memorable to say
-
Could it be 'Worker 7' you speak of, BG? He waits at that gate-ish entrance of Nelveska Temple, awaiting his long-dead masters' return, and has twin Hyudras in tow. And he doesn't say much.
First thing that came to mind, but my first guesses tend to be wrong. :rolleyes2
Editness: Oh, to answer your question, BG: I write stories and poems and such for fun, but I've never seen myself as particularly good at it. Certainly not skilled enough for people to commission anything. :rolleyes2
-
Good guess, but it's not Worker 7 New.
I'll send you a PM about the commission I had in mind.
-
Could you elaborate a little bit on the "twins in tow" line? I think I've got it, but I can't figure out which twins are in tow.
-
By that I mean the speaker is with two characters that could be twins.
-
What I was wondering is whether it was the twins or the speaker that had nothing memorable to say. :O_O:
-
-
Does it have any relationship to the scene in Gariland Academy, right before you fight the thieves in Gariland? You know, right after the "No jobs. L I T T L E M O N E Y" thing? Those two guys talking look alike, and I guess that no one in that scene was completely memorable, save Ramza and Delita.
-
No, but you're correct in guessing that the 'twins' are generics.
-
Well I wanted to guess the chocobo standing in front of Igros Castle, before Ramza goes in to (SPOILER)kill Dycedarg, but then I can't think of what the twins are, so that guess must be wrong.
