Umm, Taking a wild guess! There is that room in Cosmo Canyon... The first time you come here, after the buggy break down its ropped off, but if you revisit Cosmo Canyon then the ropes are removed and there's like 3 items in there. So is it than room?
It could also be the sealed door leading to the gi cave

i guess im just looking into the "but i am not real" bit a tad too much. what else was in the game what *wasnt* real? cait sith seemed a fine answer, except thatd be more technology than magic than anything. maybe a hojo experiment? like nanaki?
Nanaki was not alive because Hojo so how does that make sense? He wasn't born via experiment O.o

I am not real, is an important line ;) If you think about it from the POV of the people of FF7. In other words, the thing/person/word in question is not real from THEIR pov.
Obviously from our POV none of FF7 is real.
