As for Best Veteran, would have to see what is reasonable. Best Veteran shouldn't shrink, but the rate at which it grows can be lessened. It's only natural that given EoFF gets older every Ciddies that the Best Veteran pool will gradually widen, though. At the moment it covers just over 60% of EoFF's timespan, which is about right.
If you want to lessen your pool, find a way to get promoted. Running buttloads of good events is the easiest method of doing this, RM status is handed out to those who run quality, organised events on a regular basis.
Pike and I adjusted the categories in the prior two Ciddies so that Best Veteran made more sense, and we added Best Oldbie for all the old-timers (got rid of Best Regular since it's a thin category and not really appropriate anymore). But BoB changed everything back this time.Quote:
