Wakka was the most annoying character by far. He was blindly religious, which is a big problem around the area in which I live and so that's a big pet peeve of mine. He was too close to Yevon and it's teachings and he was a damn racist; Rikku was the coolest party member.
Belgemine she kept beating me in Aeon battles the first few times =.='
Didn't really hate any of the characters... but Dona and Barthello just annoyed me, as did Seymour.
Khimari, what was the point.
Seymour... Such a jerk... I've enjoyed slaughtering him...

Seymour, as he was irrelevant to the story and it could have done without him. He was more of a distraction and annoyance than anything. I never liked any of the times I encountered him, not because he was hard, but because it felt like he was simply thrown in there for no reason.

Have to divide into occasionally/mostly hated characters:
Occasionally: Tidus, for previously noted whining. Wakka, various crimes including thinking Lulu would ever go with him.. Yuna, for wussiness and being a goody-goody.
Mostly: Clasko, indecisive choco-perv. Gatto, too intense man! Shelinda, no reason needed, just her.
