First post edited so it's easier to establish what still needs to be done. It may be worth people doing backup speeches in case the last four can't be done on time! If we end up with two speeches, that's only better, yes? :D

EDIT: I'mma take a random guess and say the unknown speech writer for best admin is like Cid. Don't ask why just a thought. Unless we have a member who is called ???. Man that would be cool.
