I just watched the first episode, because I had to. Duh.
I just want to say that I am always amazed at how well Firefly is set up. The way everything is introduced in the first episode, and how there are little things that you don't really notice watching the first time around and you go back and watch and are like, hey, I recognize that!.
Like the Blue Sun poster behind Mal on Persephone. And the way Jayne deals with the fed. And reavers. And the subtle hints on the crews relationships with each other and how they end up playing out.
