What is forum spam? And who can do it the best? And why?

If a couple of new people signed up and spammed, they'd be banned. If say, BoB did it (It would be good to watch :D!), he'd be let off. That has to be favouritism, unless there is another force at work?

If there's a best spammer award for the ciddies, it must be given to a person who hasn't been banned yet.

SO it follows that spamming is allowed. Therefore there's such thing as good spam.
