We should overthrough all goverments of the world and rule over it all. The people here at eyes on FF Ive heard talking all sound much better equipped to run the planet, than a bunch of old guys who like to pretend their always right. At least we addmit our misstakes. (sumtimes)
I for one, know that it would be BAD news if I ever got into a position of power.
I've only skimmed through the last 20 or 30 posts, but I just have to say some things:
My step-brother is a marine. He just got back on leave after being stationed over in Iraq. While he was over there, he was right in it; he saw some battle and some of his comrades were killed. So basically, he knows what he's talking about.
He explained to me that at first, the Iraqis loved them, for the most part. They were thankful we went over there.
More recently, they're getting sick of us being over there, but so am I, quite frankly.

All of your "evidence" is related to Iraq and recent events, completely ignoring the vast, overwhelming majority of US History. No, I don't like Bush and a lot of things he's done, but he's not the US. If you made a "Bush sucks" thread, I would probably agree with you. However, making outrageous claims like "the US government is the worst in the world" just makes you look ridiculous and immature.

I just like to say no one wins in war, one side may come victorious, but innocents are killed, people suffer on both sides, there is no "winning" there no one "wins" war, they are victorious, but at what price?Quote:

My reasons: He has retiliated upon another country completely devastating it, yes they ddi send in help afterwards... He went into Iraq without the UN's premission, I have read at first they argued that I raq had weapons of mass destruction, when that didn't work, they went on to say the tyranny of Suddam. The UN still refussed to take action, and the US went in anyways. I believe there is a reason why we made the UN, and the Bush Adminisstration showed disrespect to it. Also the whole "freedom frie" thing was irresponsible. Sure the US has done good, but since it's a suyperpower, it's gets the most attention in the media. In the past many times the US made it's own enemies: Suddam (The US and UK bave him funds to help against Iran in the 80's) , Usama Ben Ladin was in Kazakahstan (sp??) and the US gave him money to fight RUssia (then the USSR I think) when they were invading ti. It shows that the US had bad luck when funding others to help them.Plus you can included the conspiracies J.F.K, and Linclon (sp??). Yes, the US governemnent ahs done good, but it ha sdone great evil. Yes, there is other countries with worst governmnets/non at all. Something interesting the largest genocides in history in order from largest are: The Holocaust: 6 million people; In Cambodia by Pol-Put: 1 million; and in Rwanda :900 000 people. Interting enough the US is not responsible for any. So yes there is worst, it's just the US is the most rich and powerful country and takes most of the limlight.

For anyone who cares, In the same world Issues class we did a test and I was to the left, go figure.
I do pity the US government for all this Anti-Us stuff, because in my world issue class mostly everyone hated the US, therefore they took every chance to piss me and my partner (she was ambassador with me) off. I hope there eventually will be peace, but knowing human nature, and the ability of power corrupting...We will fal at our own hands...
This is why I'm mad at the world right now. People hating America... That's really sad. I have said many things to express my sorrow on this (things I will not mention right here, because I have been pretty violent). Why can't we just get along? Now it seems like that it's not the terroists that are destroying us, nor is the government, we are destroying ourselves!
I'm American, and I hate our government. I hate politics in general. The entire system is corrupt. Humans are mostly pushed forwards by greed anyway...our government is just a bit power hungry than most. I don't know if I could say it's the worst in the world. I'm pretty sure there are others that are far worse, but the American system isn't so hot. Just look at the electoral college--perhaps a good idea in practice, but do you know how many presidential candidates win a majority of the votes but lose the election due to the electoral college? A lot.

If you can give a better reason than the war, I'm all out to hear it. America's fundamental philosophy, individualism and inalienable rights, is what makes this the best country in the world. If there is a better, more free country ever created, then that will be the best. The rest of the world is ruled under the premise that people are evil.
America is the best country in the world due to those reasons; because we are capitalist (though that is slipping). OK, this war. Mr. Bush's idiotic war. We're all agreeing it's pointless. Don't feed me crap about how this brands us worst than the rest of the world. Don't talk to me about the opinions of third-world, elitist socialist countries - I don't sanction evil like that. So we have an irrational war; if Mr. Bush acted for his people the way he should, we wouldn't wage it. We make mistakes, but we're the best record running. Can you give a better reason about how horrible we are? We're hardly fascist. We're not commumnist.
If you want to give reasons as to why you think America isn't living up to its philosophical and moral basis, I'm willing to hear them. For the record: drop the war. It doesn't make all of America evil. And don't tell me about how our virtues, such as free-trade and freedom of speech and such things, are our vices. I don't wish to hear statist trash.

well i dont know idf this goes with what you guys are talking about or not but i beleive that why america gets attacked and loses a couple thosand or hundred people then go attack the person who attacked us and kill alot more people is because if we didnt do anything america would be gone from all the terrorist attacks by now its basically the goverment attacks the person who attacks us to show that if you attack us were gonna attack you with more force
and america has also helped and is helping countries giving them tons of money to help them and those countries turn around and say bad things about us also when ever we need help do those countries help us? well most of them dont
