You know how they say the first FF that you play is the best? That was my idea. I started playing FF's late in the series. FFX was thought to be the best but when I bought VII, VIII, and IX I was blown away. Then I realized X was crap.

I think Tan needs to indulge himself in the OLDSCHOOL SNES FF's.

Crap compared to them?? I think X is better than VII. For me the best 3D FF's are... (In Order)

It was on a Demo Disc
My first demo Square game was FF8
First acutal Square Game was Einhander
First actual FF game was FF7

Final Fantasy VIII. I still love that game. :)

The first Squaresoft game I ever played was either Mystic Quest on the Game Boy (Final Fantasy Adventure), or Secret of Mana on the SNES. I don't quite remember which I played first.

At least, they're the only ones I really remember. I also played the Mystic Quest game on the SNES (no relation) but I think that was a later time...

The first proper Final Fantasy game I played was FFVII, though.
