If you had to fight to the death

I don't know what's fair.

I'm 5'6 and 162 lbs and trying to lose weight to trim down to 140s.

I'd fight anybody really.

I shall fight Meta-Knight. I shall counter his XTAL attack with my own XTAL, and probably be Metaslashed several times, but I shall prevail with my newly developed technique..

and I have a perfect 8% body fat which means its all muscle baby..hehe

any higher u wouldnt be as good any lower u could die...
females cant go lower that 12% or they could die

At 6' 0" 130 lbs, that seems like just enough muscle to be able to move your body and not much else.
