I don't post as much as I used to, but I've just been so incredibly busy. I still frequent the chat room.

Done updating and crap, any mistakes, let me know. Also, people saying that they weren't on the list; These are the names of the EoY's that I have in my EoY folder in my PM box, if your name isn't there, then I don't have an EoY from you, so I don't know what the deal with that is.
I'm wondering, how do you decide which person will be featured next?
I want to make sure that I am active more than I usually am for when my turn comes up.
Look at whoever is online at the time when I remember a new one needs to go up and ask anyone available, if no one is online then I'll just send a PM out to a few randoms and the first response goes up.
Do I count? I'm going to re-send my EoY after they start to be accepted again.
