To beat George Best's record would be a massive thing to do, I have to say. I think he'll do it, too. I wonder if the European club players will concede FIFA World Player of the Year (and that Ball on door thing) to him after all that?

Poor Kevin Keegan. I can't think of many managers who've had a tougher set of games at the start of their term. Newcastle seemed pretty good at points in the first half, which has to be encouraging, but he's still got a lot of work to do with that defence. Best of luck to him.

Agreed, Mr. Panayi. But we're out of the title race. We're not going to win it this year. So yeah, I would rather we focus all resources on Europe (and the FA Cup) now.
