Why just a year ago we were all shining bright, - before they became nobodies they where people.

I think it's the room "Proof of Existence" and the Organisation XIII 'graves' inside it.

One remaining with eleven dark lights, - After you've defeated Saix and Luxord only Roxas' stone is glowing, I assume Zexions isn't counted as it's destroyed.
Another goes out with every mortal fight. - When an Org13 member is killed, the light on their portal goes out.
Why just a year ago we were all shining bright, - A year ago was before th event's in CoM and KH2, so all of Org13 would have been alive.
But the memories can fill you with fright. - I suppose Sora would be a bit frightened due to his convoluted memories.

Actually, Zexion's is counted, If you look, Xemnas has no Gravestone.
Also the memories refers to the fact you can fight them again in FM+.
But you've got it right....I think.

i was thinkg the PoE also.

think about it 11 of the doors were detroyed, we'll just say that that little black was the entrabbce to Xemnas, his room, the Alter of Naught. Roxas's WAS desroyed but not fully, on 2 ou wait!!!!!11

Yes, you're right. I'm probably never going to play FM+, as it's highly unlikely to be released in New Zealand, KH1's FM wasn't.
