The only time I have seen Paulo Wanchope in the flesh was during Derby's 4-0 demolition of Bolton Wanderers during the 97/98 season. I cannot remember for the life of me whether he scored, and the internet does not appear to be able to help me resolve this issue. So I will just assume that he scored all four goals, plus seven more that were disallowed because the referee thought it was unfair of Paulo not to give the other guys a chance. Truly, the game will never see the likes of him again.

I have decided that Newcastle is probably as close to a "force for good" as you'll get in the Premiership.

Hooray, just what I wanted today, having to play Man Utd in the cup. If we lose, my one hope is they get Chelsea in the quarter-finals :(

It's anyone's game today. I'd say it largely depends on which United team turns up...

I didn't realise this was a late kick-off. And I was hoping to have the whole ordeal done with before dinner...

Oh well, at least we don't have to play a replay!

Haha we will enjoy getting thumped in the cups this year - what next, losing 5-0 to Milan? We really better win the league (or European Cup) this year now or all we'll have to take from this season is blowing a five point lead and getting thumped by Man Utd AND Spurs!

I hope this doesn't knock our momentum for six, but we can only wait and see. We're getting done up good and proper anyway, just have to take it on the chin. I mean, it could be worse at the moment, at least we're not Liverpool!

I hope you guys are looking forward to another United - Chelsea final.
