I am underweight. I have a mental metabolism, I can eat whatever I want and not gain an ounce. But that doesn't work when coupled with the level of exercise I do and how little I eat.

In your Imperial measurements I am roughly 6' and 143 lbs.

I'm morbidly obese.

But in all seriousness, my goal is to lose 30 lbs by the end of the year. Which, I think is an admirable and very attainable goal.

Apparently my BMI is 19.8 (6'2" and 154.3 lbs), which is in the normal range.

Oh mine, how I wish I have a body like yours. This way I can skip my workout and gobble everything like a Qu! :quina:

I think recently I gained a bit of weight, maybe because I have been too greedy, gotto try to restrain myself and workout more. :(
