Space Balls is awesome, get over it. I'd watch that before any of the prequels. I'd watch it three times in a row, instead of watching the prequels. End of discussion.

Spaceballs is mediocre, anything Mel Brooks made after the 70s should be treated the same way as anything Woody Allen made after the mid-90s, as if it never happened.

I've got no problem with Spaceballs, it just wasn't that funny. I dig a good Star Wars parody, but uh... :erm:

I found "Pizza the Hut ate himself to death" to be the only funny joke.
