no. toland explicitly stated that whites have white privilege. That guy does not have white privilege.
Poor Caucasian people are still white when it comes to privilege. They get less severe punishment for crimes, get preferential treatment, and are still able to tap into the full benefits of white privilege.

But that disproves white privilege. And if privilege is so bad why do we not complain about japanese or chinese or french privileges?
