Disappointed by the number of people who don't remember their customers. If you see them every month then you should at least try and recognise them.

I remember the ones who are awesome. If you're just another customer, then no, I'm not gonna waste time trying to remember who you are.

When you're a server, you remember your regulars, because when you address them personally and go out of the way for them, you get better tips.

Plus, it's just lovely. :)
