Chris, those files you posted..I remember hearing from somewhere that there were vocals that accompanied that final fantasy epilogue(it sounded much like your "Pride of Final Fantasy" midi file). Do you (or anyone else) know what that is, because I've been trying to find it for a while.
Melodies of Life is the most awesome music I think in the entire series, even if only because of the screenplay behind it. I also really like The Man with the Machine Gun (Laguna's battle music) because of the variety of intrument use in it and just the emotion of the song.
All the music in FFVI.Most of the music from II,IV,V and IX.I love the castle music for FFII and the world map music also for FFII.I like devil's lab,celes' theme, and Dancing mad all three from FFVI,I like the ending theme for FFIV.there is alot more I'm just to lazy to type them right now. :p
FFVIII OST really grew on me the more i played it and the more i listened to it. I love the ruined world music in FFVI, u know, the one on the world map that has the wind in the background (very bleek depressing song but i love it).
its too many to list all the ff music that i like but the latest music i liked is Morning Glow FFX/X-2. i think its origin from the eternity midi. i've try to attach the mp3 but its too large. I attach few of my fav. midi, please enjoy it. :D

This dream may one day end in ffx, the one where the party is in Zanarkand ruins for the first time and the song plays throughout the whole entire map until you get to the blitzball arena. This is how i got my party (Tidus, Wakka, Auron) strong, because I loved this song to much :cool:

Ahem... anyway, although I'm torn by having to make this kind of decision, I would have to say...
Hm.... Melodies Of Life, preferably the Japanese version but also the english and intrumental and the 'Layers of Harmony version (they're all so great ^^) I love the english in this situation, though, because I can sing it. Well, not so much when other people are around. But the tempo of it is just perfect for a theme that finds itself in nearly a dozen different songs throughout the game. The composition of the music is breath-taking. The vocals are extreamly well translated to english and they sound so rapturous and smooth to the ear. I guess this is why I have about 6 or 7 versions of this piece. Great stuff from Uematsu, and in 4 days (today is the 15th) I will be at the concert in Chicago, I can't wait '^.^'.
