Terra,[can use all sorts of magic without espers unlike most other characters], Summoner [can call really powerful monsters lke Bahamut], Steiner [Haven't played IX but I hate Locke], and Rydia [every black magic spell in the game along with every summon is awesome]

Rydia's the only character in this group who *does* have a chance against Terra, by my reckoning.

Red XIII, while cool, doesn't even come close to deserving to win this round when Terra and Rydia are in it. He did win the FG tournament, though, and I still haven't a clue in hell as to how THAT happened.
