Gunshots are becoming an increasingly common sound in the ghetto, particularly in the southeast, near the Judges/Turks border.

Shumi, hear me! There are happenings in case you are unawares. The wildcard member of the Judges, Bladen, has apparently been accused of bombing (and killing) two Turks. It seems inevitable that these two factions will have very strained, if not completely violent relations from here out. We are positioned between the two groups. Things will be likely rough for now, and possibly forever, but as rough as they get, we are tougher.

The Judges are still investigating the murder of Germ Hamee. If anyone from your organization has any information it would be greatly appreciated.
