About that debate of Zexion having a weapon...I heard a rumor stating that Zexion is a dark keyblade master and his weapon will play a role in the KH3 story (how awesome would it be if Zexion was the main antagonist of KH3 :love: ) so maybe Zexion is still alive or maybe he is one of the AF's from the KH2 secret ending.
To back that up, during the cutscene with Sora and Xigbar, he tells Sora that he's not skilled with the keyblade compared to others he's seen (or something like that) so he could be talking about Zexion...excluding that part about Zexion being one of the AF's, both of these rumors have minimal verification/hints from Nomura.
