Well one of them (Vinnie, the gray) he has a habit of chewing his feathers, so he probably does look a bit thin but thats only because he doesn't have very many feathers. Trust me, Ty (The other one) isn't thin, he was just scared by my camera when I took that picture so his feathers were all flattened down. But don't worry, they have a great diet of all the stuff they're supposed to have - fresh fruit and veggies, and all that other good stuff :p .Quote:

Thankyou! I went originally to get a surface tragus, but she couldn't clamp enough so said she didn't want to pierce it. So I got the nape instead, it's very fresh, it's as of yesterday! :jess:
I only found out as she was about to pierce, however, that my piercers have a policy whereby they don't freeze and numb the skin before piercing a surface! I DID NOT KNOW THIS, so I felt all of it.
In ireland we use the 24-hour clock but SAY it like a 12 hour clock. I'd read 15:00 and tell people it's three o'clock. Why? NO IDEA.

Sarah, no, It didn't really hurt all that much, except that it wasn't numbed so I did feel everything. Go a piercers who do numb and it'll be fine :D although I didn't think the pain was all that bad, it's manageable.

Yeah, calling someone out on their own body is kind of a dick move. But you should expect things like that to happen when you get piercings like that as well.
