Mayor Dobe?
He's the pacifistic and idealistic mayor of Fisherman's Horizon. He was originally from Esthar but found it too oppresive and founded FH to get away from it. FH connects to the desolate salt plains before Esthar itself.
Theres a healing part to it too..........Ahhhhhhhh..............I GIVE UP!!!!
