Can anybody with experience make a cool looking moving avatar using the same guy in my current one?

i seem to be the crappiest avy maker so can I request an avy that has a picture of Shaun White(Snowboarder) and anything else http://classic.mountainzone.com/snow...ite_graves.jpg the image could be this or something like it and thank you in advance for whoever does it
