I'm not upset over it at all and the actress Sophie Turner does a great job of portraying her fear and nervousness. It's just that, I'm waiting for that key moment in the storyline (if at all) where she finds that inner resolve. Maybe I was perhaps to scathing in my first point, and for that I apologise Sam. Thinking back, that final word she says to Olenna "He's a monster" was my first glimpse of open(ish) resolve against Joffrey. I want to see more of that from Sansa as the season goes on. I don't expect much, she obviously can't trust anyone but I want to see that self-confidence and at least determination.
I don't know, maybe I'm in the wrong.
I've seriously got a huge crush on Natalie Dormer.
Holy crap Jojen and Meera are so smurfing cute I want to cuddle them forever :squee:
Tarly looks like he's never been that close to a girl before. xD
Geeze the girl who plays Sansa is taaaalll. xD
...cleavage.
I mean, I thought she was pretty before and all, but on this episode I was like... damn. What a honey.
Anyway! I liked this episode well enough, but I can't shake the annoyance that they try to cram so much into one episode and I end up wishing I could just have them focus on a few characters in an episode instead of something like 50. But it's understandable, I suppose... I just find myself feeling that I'm losing any ability to connect with the characters because they've thrown so many into this season in a mere two episodes. If they increase the number of different POV characters much further then I wonder just how little time we'll spend on each one down the line.
Despite all that, I don't want less story... I want more episodes. :D
True enough!
Also, is it me or the Brave Companions aka the Bloody Mummers should've appeared by now? Maybe they should've been in Season 2. Maybe they were and I missed them. I guess it makes sense as on the whole they're kind of like... pointless. But, uh, (SPOILER)Qyburn sure becomes A Thing.
I think it looks like they're being rationalised away, sort of. Robb TV Spoilerfound Qyburn "alone" in the last episode, and Brienne and Jamie seem to be TV Spoilercaptured by Boltons instead, going by this latest episode.
Oh, is that who that was that Robb (SPOILER)found? I thought it was just some random dude who was going to play no further part. :shobon:
Yeah, I don't understand why they only do 10 episode seasons. Even if they extended it to 13 or 15 episodes, they could do so much more.
Yeah hey the guy from Misfits is on it!
